FAQs

Do you travel for weddings?

We are happy to travel for your wedding! So if you are thinking of booking with us, put your wedding location in when you send us an email and we will come back to you if there are any additional costs for travel.

When will I receive my photographs?

We don’t want to make you wait for months to receive your photos, thats why we will send you 5 edited photos on the day of your wedding, 20 images within 1 week of your wedding and the rest of your photos within 1 month of your wedding.

When will I receive the video?

Our videos take a little bit longer than our photos do. Your video will be sent within 6-8 weeks of your wedding day.

How much is your deposit?

Our deposit is a standard $500 across the board no matter what package you end up getting. This is non refundable.

Can we meet with you before our wedding?

For sure! It’s best if we meet well before the wedding so you know who we are and how we will operate on your day! We can meet up for a coffee if our locations are somewhat local, otherwise we have done plenty of Skype calls in the past which also work well.

I don’t know what package would best suit me, any advice?

It depends what your price range is, and whether or not you want a video included of your day. We are happy to mix and match photo and video packages together( maybe you want the Gold Photo package and the Silver Video package, we can sort this out for you!)

Can we do a payment plan?

Yeah for sure! We understand that weddings can be a huge cost, so lets work on something that is manageable for you guys.

Do I need 2 photographers?

Its not essential to have 2 photographers on your day, but it is recommended if it can fit within your budget. It means that there are 2 sets of cameras on you guys at all times.

Do I need 2 videographers?

1 Videographer is more than enough to capture your day, but if you are wanting the vows and speeches recorded we recommend a second videographer be there. It can be really difficult for one videographer to capture and nail them both, and having 2 means that our second videographer can be permanently on the camera recording the vows and speeches, making sure the sound and positioning is just perfect, whilst we are there capturing your quests emotions.
